Yea...it's hard.
When I told Sullivan you guys weren't going to be living at the Pescadero place anymore he immediately asked if that meant we could move there! The kid knows a good place when he's been to one. He sometimes talks about you and your Family with out my bringing it up.
I know it's time to do it, but I am sad to think of you guys living in a house on a block instead of a beautiful Home by the sea. BitterSweet Beautiful Chalenging...Life, uphill all the way and worth every step.

Life on a block will be .... strange, but the idea of walking to get groceries, 5 min to a theater ... having friends come over without a major production and hours of driving ....
There will be an upside.
